Out of state transferees in Southlake make up about 50% of all buyers whereas Colleyville real estate buyers are more local and about 35% relocation transferees. Southlake real estate buyers typically move in 4 to 6 years, Colleyville buyers in 6-8 years. Keller real estate is dynamic and growing providing more new home opportunities as is real estate in North Richland Hills. Hurst, Euless and Bedford are affordable and lovely established areas close to shopping, the airport, and major roads.
